Private Banking :
Please list out the private banking segments, client’s criteria, market share percentage, product pricing,  innovation website or platform, clients protection, did you provide more individual service, a rage of wealth management and investment products for your clients. List out the awards winning, if any.

Digital Banking :
This is to recognize the applicant provides the online, mobile website, apps, iPad and Tablet’s technologies that has broadly covering all banking services instead of the retail services. Please provide information that describes all technologies level and uptake.
This item also accepts submissions across all technology segments. Please provide information regarding the successes, management thought and list out any awards winning, if any.

Credit Card Usability :
Please list up your company’s credit cards and the join ventures, the technology level and uptakes as well as the market position. One or Two symbolized credit card studies during 1-Jan To 31-Dec 2016 – let us know the card’s innovations, card holder’s benefits & protection, your clients testimony and awards, if any.

Digital Innovation :
This is to recognize the applicant provides the technology and has broadly improved market functions. Please provide information that describes both innovation and uptake. This item accepts submissions across all technology segments. Please provide information regarding specific innovations, their successes, management thought and list out any awards winning, if any.

Wealth Management Platform:
This award is to recognize the winner who provides a range of the best protection products, investment products and financial planning services as well as the MPF for their clients.
Please introduce your criteria when you selecting the products into your platform and the whole due diligence process and why you should be the name of the best in this section.
Please also let us know your product schemes and list out the awards winning, if any.

Corporate Social Responsibility :
This is to recognize the winner have a range of campaigns that are valuable to the community. Please list out the number of the corporate participation’s activities in past 12 months, it cut off date on 28-Feb 2017, the names of the benefits charitable organizations, the management point of view, please provide one of successful activity and how CSR would linked to the brand value, also list out the awards winning, if any.

Client Service :
This is to recognize the applicant provides the client servicing and it able to meet the client's requirements and standards demands of regulatory. Please explain your institution how to approach your clients those that understand their needs and requirements in a proactive manner. Please provide the results from client satisfaction surveys and the awards winning if any.

Mobile Banking :
This award is to recognize the winner who provides the best solutions, technology and user-friendly in the mobile apps or mobile website which could assist their clients to manage their accounts, investment allocation and your protection system.
Please also let us know the information on the daily visit rate, content forms (e.g. how long will update the products and company news), technology level (loading speed, page transfer) and page design. List out the awards winning, if any.

Commercial Banking : 
Please share your global network of offices,  let us know your a range of service and products, documentary letter for Import & Export, trade finance products, guarantees and indemnity. List out the awards winning, if any.

Training Academy of the year : 
This award is to recognize the winner who provides the best wealth management and financial planning service for the clients.  Please introduce your training process, share your training and coaching programs, innovation programs, trainers or team’s profile, training commitment, follow up training, management thought and list out the awards winning, if any.

 

Banking Security of the Year : 
Please describe the bank’s performance in the past year, 1-Jan To 31-Dec 2016.
This item accepts submissions cross all technology segments and risk management. Please let us know your risk management rating and how often to process the stress test during the last year.
Describe the bank’s vision and long-term strategy for client protection as well as the bank views its market position versus its nearest competitor. Please list out the awards and testimonies, if any.

Bank of the Year : 
Please describe the bank’s performance in the past year, 1-Jan To 31-Dec 2016.
The financial description including the recent financial year, which should include pre and post-tax profits, non-performing load ratio, return on equity, capital adequacy ratios.
Please specify total assets, total loans, total deposits and total branch numbers. Please tell us the percentage changes from previous year.
Describe the bank’s vision and long-term strategy as well as the bank views its market position versus its nearest competitor.
Breakdown of the profits come from split between corporate banking, retail banking and treasury. Please list out the awards, if any.

Capital to risk-weighted assets -風險加權資產
Non-performing assets to total assets –不良資產比率

The Financial Institution Awards are open to corporates from retail banking, insurance and investment banking sectors. The Awards cover a broad range of categories reflecting the vitality of Hong Kong’s financial markets. The Awards call for entry via different marketing channels around February each year. Central to the Awards’ objective to tribute to professional excellence, a judging panel formed by business school scholars, financial analysts, legislative councilors and the magazine editorial board, is assigned to score all the submission entries.
