In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges and uncertainties to the global capital market. With the recent global market volatility, Hong Kong, as one of the biggest IPO fundraising venues, our primary market still takes a leading position in the world’s IPO fundraising league tables. *154 companies were raising HK$398 billion last year, which was the highest amount raised in a single year since 2010. The success in attracting global investors continues to make Hong Kong a vibrant and diverse capital market. To encourage listed enterprises with excellent performance and recognize their contribution to Hong Kong’s economy, Bloomberg Businessweek/Chinese Edition is proud to present the sixth “Listed Enterprises of the Year”.

Entries will first be vetted by Bloomberg data based on business/financial performance, corporate governance, investor relations, development strategy, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, innovation and risk management. Shortlisted companies will then be assessed by a panel of judges formed by government officials, professionals, and academics. Highest-scoring companies will be named “Listed Enterprises of the Year”, and “Outstanding Performance” will be given to companies which excel in the above categories.

“Listed Enterprises of the Year” is the first listed enterprises award applying Bloomberg Terminal data in the judging process in Hong Kong. Awardees, therefore, are widely recognized among professionals and investors in Hong Kong.

2020年，新冠疫情為全球資本市場帶來了前所未有的挑戰及不確定性。然而，香港作為全球最大的IPO集資中心之一，在環球市場波動的情況下，本港的一級市場仍然領先全球IPO集資榜。*根據香港交易所的數據，去年共有154家公司在香港交易所上市，集資金額達3,975億港元，創2010年以來新高，反映香港成功滙聚世界各地投資者，繼續成為一個多元化及充滿活力的資本市場。為表揚不同行業中表現出色的上市企業，及肯定其為經濟穩定作出的貢獻，《彭博商業周刊/中文版》連續第六年舉辦「年度上市企業」。

「年度上市企業」先根據彭博終端機的研究數據，從業績表現、企業管治、投資者關係、企業策略、企業社會責任、可持續發展、創新商業模式及風險管理八大範疇，對參選企業進行全面分析及篩選。入圍的上市企業，再由政界、商界及學界組成的專業評選團進行評分，各行業中得分最高的兩間企業將獲頒「年度上市企業」或「新上市企業」殊榮，而八大類別中得分最高的企業將獲得「最佳表現獎」。

「年度上市企業」是香港首個引入彭博終端系統進行分析及評選的上市企業獎項活動，獲獎企業的實力及發展潛力均獲得業界及投資者的廣泛認可。
