Listed Enterprises 2024

With the economic recovery and favorable policies from the mainland, the Hong Kong financial market has significantly improved in 2024, attracting greater attention from investors. According to the HKEX, as of 30 Sep 2024, the average daily turnover reached HK$113.3 billion, a 3% increase from last year. IPO fundraising totaled HK$55.6 billion, up 123% year-on-year, highlighted by the debut of two specialized technology IPOs under Chapter 18C of the Listing Rules.

The 9th Listed Enterprises event, organized by Bloomberg Businessweek/Chinese Edition, aims to recognize outstanding listed enterprises in this dynamic market and enhance investor awareness. Winners were selected through the Bloomberg Terminal and evaluated by a professional panel from government, academic, and industry, gaining broad recognition for their strength and growth potential.

This year, the event focused on corporate governance, featuring a new panel discussion themed "Enhancing Governance Frameworks for Improved Corporate Governance”. Industry leaders and experts explored how listed issuers can establish effective governance structures to meet rising compliance demands and improve corporate quality.

隨著經濟復蘇及内地有利政策出台，香港金融市場氣氛在2024年明顯改善，令上市企業的動態更受海内外的廣泛關注。根據香港交易所的數據，截至2024年9月30日，平均每日成交金額達到1,133億港元，比去年同期上升3%。首次公開招股（IPO）集資金額更是達到556億港元，較去年增長123%，更迎來首兩家循《上市規則》第18C章上市的特專科技新股，創造IPO市場新的里程碑，展現了市場的活力。

由《彭博商業周刊/中文版》舉辦的第九屆「上市企業」活動，旨在表彰在這個瞬息萬變的市場中表現卓越的上市企業，加深更多海內外投資者對他們的認識。透過彭博終端系統（Bloomberg Terminal）進行篩選，及來自政界、學界、商界的專業評審團評選，獲選企業的實力及發展潛力均獲得業界及投資者的廣泛認可。

此外，大會今年聚焦企業管治，增設以「完善治理框架，提升企業管治」為主題的座談會。大會邀請到四位業界領袖和專家學者，一同深入探討在面對日趨嚴格的合規要求之際，上市發行人如何搭建適合的治理框架，推動企業管治水平來提升公司質素。
