The Chinese Edition of Bloomberg Businessweek is pleased to announce the winners for Top Fund Awards 2017. Now in its fourth years, the Top Fund Awards is analysis by Bloomberg Terminal and widely recognized by the industry for honouring the best performing Hong Kong listed funds from across the globe. This year, awards will be given in three categories – Mutual Funds, Exchange Traded Funds and Mandatory Funds.

The awards are based upon published data and collated by the Data team within Bloomberg, and calculated upon historical data available on the Bloomberg Terminal. Between the three major categories, Mutual Funds Awards were measured with at least 1 year of historical pricing data and based on its assets class focus stated on its Bloomberg ticker while Exchange Traded Fund Awards were based on one year tracking error and total return. Mandatory Provident Fund Awards were measured with 1 year, 5 years and 10 years total return.

彭博數據分析系統把各基金過去的表現進行深度分析和計算，並比較其跟同類產品的表現，最後作出客觀性評分。根據系統計算方式，「互惠基金」的評分以過往一年的表現及資產類型作為評審基礎，「交易所買賣基金」的分析計算則由過去一年的追蹤誤差表現以及資產值回報上得到評分，而「強積金」分別從一年、五年及十年回報上作出分析與評分。

《彭博商業周刊/中文版》「領先基金大獎」為讀者和投資者選出表現最優秀的地區和國際基金。今年獎項踏入第四屆，從「互惠基金 Mutual Funds」、「交易所買賣基金 ETFs」及「強積金 MPFs」三大類別中評選表現優秀及傑出卓越的基金項目。「領先基金大獎」，經彭博數據系統分析，以數據庫內的基金價格表現，評選投資回報率最高的基金項目。
